Accordingly, you agree that Design Go shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by You, or Your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from You any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by Design Go in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.

9. Sale of Product

Upon placing an order to purchase a product(s) from Design Go, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when the goods are paid for in full. Any products on the same order which we have not been able to dispatch do not form part of that contract, regardless if the purchaser is entitled to a refund due to a product not being available.

10. Returns

Upon receipt, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Design Go website and wish to return the purchase, you must contact Design Go ([email protected]) within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. Credits can only be guaranteed if the goods returned are in the same merchantable quality in which they were despatched. In the unlikely event of a product developing a fault, Design Go may replace the goods or issue a refund at its own discretion.

11. Pricing and Availability

This site contains products marketed by Design Go, however this does not constitute a guarantee for product availability. Please note that every attempt is made to despatch goods within the time specified by the selected delivery method. The target is to despatch all orders on the day of receipt, provided said orders are is received prior to 3pm on a working day, Mondays to Fridays, 9am-5pm (GMT). There are no guaranteed despatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turns out to be temporarily unavailable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products in our catalogue may be priced incorrectly. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our despatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
