How do I view my account information?

To view your account information, click the 'My Account' link at the top of any page and sign in using the details given at the time of registration. You will have numerous links to update your information.

 

How do I change my email address?

To change the email address where Go Travel will send your email alerts or other account information, click the 'My Account' link at the top of any page and sign in using the details given at the time of registration. Under the section ‘Account info’  page modify your email address and press the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.

 

How do I stop receiving emails from Go Travel?

To change your preferences for receiving email from Go Travel (Email Alerts, Newsletters, etc.), click the 'My Account' link at the top of any page and sign in using the details given at the time of registration. To stop receiving general updates about the site, untick the box under the 'Subscriptions' section.  Press the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page to update your settings. You are not able to stop receiving certain administrative emails from Go Travel except by deleting your account.

How do I change my Go Travel password?
