Delivery Information

Regardless of the delivery method, every order is monitored and all non-successfully deliveries are carefully scrutinized. We do this to ensure that the systems in place and the third parties who deliver our goods do so with a single aim to get goods delivered with relentless timeliness.

We aim to be in stock 100% of the time.  Therefore, orders received before 2:30pm (GMT) during the working week (Monday – Friday) will be despatched on the same day.

Tracked Services

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email (up to 3 working days from the day after you place the order). This email contains information regarding order tracking, and a link to our courier's website with your parcel's unique reference number.
